Most probably the correct option would be (B). As depth to water level map or isobath map, as these names imply, shows the spatial distribution of the depth of the water table below the land surface. And Subsurface topographic map also not used for the determination of the direction of the flow. Subsurface map is usually related to elevation of the surfaces.
