    Most probably the correct option would be (B). As depth to water level map or isobath map, as these names imply, shows the spatial distribution of the depth of the water table below the land surface. And Subsurface topographic map also not used for the determination of the direction of the flow. Subsurface map is usually related to elevation of the surfaces. General flow directions are determined from contour maps of the water table. Please find figure below for deeper insight.

    General flow directions are determined from contour maps of the water table and potentiometric surface .if available, or from information on water levels, boundaries, and locations of recharge and discharge areas. ALL OF THESE
