    1) It has to be estuary for sure. As estuary is found where the freshwater or the water with least or minimal salinity is mixed with the seawater of varied amount of salinity (depending on the various factors like density and temperature). This mixing leads to brackish conditions and is home to varied biology. 2) In case of channel lag like fluvial deposits, the conglomerate is clast supported mainly but when it comes to debris flow, deposits are unstratified and poorly sorted composed of loose fragments like mud, sand or even some larger fragments in their vicinity that have preferred orientation.
