    100 nucleotide long AMP would be formed & their Molecular mass would be (345*100) = 34500. Now as the bond formation would take place while forming 100 nucleotide long Single strand Poly AMP so total bond would be 99. As, 100 AMP so 99 bonds are required. Now as formation of each bond would require loss of one molecule of H2O. So Molecular mass of water is 18. Thus a total of 99 H2O molecule would be lost during bond formation. Now , Molecular mass of lost H2O would be (99*18)= 1782. So, Total Molecular mass of the nucleotide would be (34500 - 1782) = 32718.
