    Answer is (A). It Will decrease with time. Now earlier generation time is 1+1 hrs. Now after 4hr it's (1*2+1) = 3 After 4hr of it is (2*2+1) = 5 Now bacterial load can be read by OD in spectrophotometer & it doesn't depend on the strain. Now you started with 5 which is more than 4 & your generation time is less than 8 hr. Now while doing this you Will notice that the generation time is decreasing.
