    It is considered by us .. you have to prove that the input of square is equal to the output of triangular wave. so we take 4 sec to t sec in the limits

    This circuit is an integrator circuit, see the attached image. If the input voltage is in square wave then the output voltage is in triangular form. so the correct option is (D). see the attached image
