can you please explain the step in 1st page where you've put p as E(gamma)/c, written above of bcz of momentum conservation
this is formula for momentum of gamma particle, since in left hand side we have only deutron which is at rest and gamma particle with momentum p, therefore net momentum in lhs is p=E/c
also in rhs we got neutron and proton which are moving together with same momentum p, thus in rhs the formula is for relativistic energy of p+n system. Hope this will clarify ur doubt
