    V=k/r (given) using E=-dV/dr =-(-k/r×r)r^ =(k/r×r)r^ now r=2i^+3j^+6k^ mod(r)=√(2×2+3×3+6×6) =√49 =7 r×r=49 r^=r/mod(r) =(2i^+3j^+6k^)/7 putting r×r and r^ in E E=(2i^+3j^+6k^)k/343 hence B is the answer.
