    According to chargaff’s rules, C=G= 30%; A=T (A+G) + (T+C) =100% (A+30) + (T+30) =100% (A+30) + (A+30) = 100% (as A= T) 2A= 100-60% A = 20%. Purine bases in DNA are Adenine & Guanine. Adenine has 20 & Guanine has 30 percentage. So total A+G - 50 percentage . Mole percentage of Purine bases = 50%
