    Cost price of refined oil = 2 × 100 + 3 × 60 + 4 × 40
    200 + 180 + 160 = 540 
    Per litter cost price = 540/9 = 60 per litter 
    Profit per litter = 66 – 60 = 6 Rs. Per litter 
    Percentage per litter = 6/60 × 100 = 10%
