A uniform circular disc is rotating about an axis , passing through its center and inclined at an angle 60 degrees with respect to its symmetry axis.

    how are the angles taken?

    the new axis about which u are finding moment of inertia is 60 degree with z- axis so it must be 90-60 i.e 30 degree with x axis.. now ,the new axis is in xz plane so it must be 90 degree with y axis..
