    Option a: 100% is the right answer choice. If the organism is heterozygous for the gene coding for mutant protomer then protein will function normally. Heterozygosity doesn't make a protein inactive because at least one of the alleles at the locus is producing the required functional protein. In this case only the amount of protein which will be produced will be less but whatever the proteins are being synthesized by the dominant allele will be fully active.
