    A,B,C,D Generally carboxylic acid gives the test with NaHCO3 and here B, and C are carboxylic acid so easily gives CO2 when reacted with NaHCO3. But here A (Squaric acid ) and D(picric Acid) are most acidic compounds so they are capable to decompose NaHCO3
