Anyone plz give me a brief solution

Experimental measurements of heat capacity per mole of Aluminum at low temperatures show that the data can be fitted to the formula, Cr= aT + bT', where a = 0.00135 JK mole, b- 2.48 x 10 JK mole and Tis the temperature in in Kelvin.
