Are standard books like griffiths,hk das etc. really required for jam as all questions are from institute notes ............help me out

    for any competitive exam, there are two perspective: 1. clearance in concept 2. good command on problem solving for problem solving institute notes are good, but at times questions are in exams are conceptual based and such type are very scoring. so YES, one must read standard books atleast once. also, unless on has not understood the concept properly, there problem solving sometimes becomes difficult. so again books are needed.

    no dear , I think nites of institutes are sufficient for jam ..and yeah if u prepare for interview then u have to do..
