    I>3>2>4 In 2 and 4 no of covalent bond is 4 and in 1st and 3rd no of covalent bond is 5.. positive charge on electronegative atom is less stable

    sir how the 2nd one is more stable than 4th one as in 4th case thare is octet complete but in 2nd case thare is no octet completed

    here in II more electronegative atom i.e., O has the negative charge while in case of +ve charge on O
