    The HOMO orbital is the highest energy molecular orbital occupied by electrons. In HF, the HOMO orbitals are the double degenerate pi 2px and pi 2py orbitals. The LUMO orbital is the lowest unoccupied energy molecular orbital. And Frontier molecular orbitals is the highest-energy occupied orbital or lowest-energy unoccupied orbital in a molecule. Non bonding electrons in HOMO is 4 and LUMO is 0. So,Total 4
