by applying cauchy general principle of convergence the sequence a n Defined by a n equal to summation ke equal to 1 2 and 1 by 2 k - 1 whether it is converge or does not converge or converges to one or none...is there any shortcut

    Does not converge. Note that as n tends to infinity, the sequence becomes a divergent series, 1/(2k - 1).
