    NH4^+Cl^- is an ionic compoound having ionic force i.e electrostatic force which is strong force. in HF molecule present intermolecular H-bonding which is second strongest force . H-Cl i.e have dipole-dipole interaction. and Ar have London forces which is a very weak force of attraction therefore correct order is NH4Cl>HF>HCl>Ar
