Answer is (B). Net charge would be 0. G = Glycine W= Tryptophan Y= Tyrosine Q= Glutamine R= Arginine Now here W & Y has no Titrable group. So always net charge is 0. Now Glycine has free NH3+ in the pentapeptide. Now at pH 10.5 they will lose their H+ so it will become neutral. Rest 3 amino acids don't have a charged R group. Arginine with pk2 highest value at 12.5 will lose its R group H+ at last. Now it has a free COOH group which will lose its H+ & will be in the COO- form. But 1 NH3+ will one +ve charge so it will be neutalised overall. Thus net charge will be 0.
