    can you that sub group and general subgroup both are equal

    II(a) The given statement is not true always. II(b) it's also doesn't hold because we are talking about general subgroup.

    If you use the definition of Inverse of Complexes in a Group, you see that H^-1 is nothing but just H but if this condition is given you can't talk about H is really subgroup.
