HIV always related to the Th { having CD 4 Receptor and recognise MHC 2 } and Tc { having CD 8 Receptor and recognise MHC 1 }. in HIV virus infection always Tc cells are dicreas bcz viruses primerially distroyed Tc cess which provides immunity against viruses infection. After that dicreas Th cells, which provides immunity against bacterial infection.

Answer is (A). In the case of HIV infection the virus targets the Th that is T- Helper cells which are helpful in activating Tc of Cytotoxic T cells & B- cells specific for killing the antigen. But since the virus targets the T- Helper cells so the overall link between immune system established by T- Helper cell is nullified. T- Helper cells have CD4 as co-stimulatory signal & MHC Class -II which helps to establish the link to the antigen .
