Answer: Yes, strike direction can be easily found when the dip direction is given. Strike direction= dip direction + 90°. See the diagram attached below, you can see that the strike direction is perpendicular to the dip direction so, if dip direction is given then strike direction can be easily found by adding 90°.

Yes we can definitely find the strike direction if dip direction is given . E.g if N 45 E is my dip direction then generally we take anticlockwise means subtract 90 degree from this azimuth angle of dip N45E - 90 = N 45W is my strike As stike is bidirectional also we can write S 45 E is my strike.
