    Igneous rocks can have secondary porosity. Crystallization of igneous rocks creates crystalline texture and primary porosity is not created. However fracturing, dissolution can create secondary porosity and permeability. So yes an igneous rock can have high porosity and permeability of secondary origin.

    Yes There are so many examples of igneous rock having high porosity and permeability 1.vesicular basalt that is a volcanic rock 2.jointed and fractured basalt joints are of columnar.

    but how vesicular basalt have permeable(either poros or permeable),i have doubt

    vesicular basalt has vesicles in them and when they are connected that becomes permeable for ground water.
