    Carbonic anhydrase is an example of hydrolysis protein it convert CO2 to H2CO3 carbonic acid this happens when CO2 is form by combination of carbohydrates in cell , carbonic anhydrase converter CO2 into carbonic Acid which dissolved in blood and in this way CO2 is excreated from our body
