    SCl6, ClF7,FBr3,B2(CH3)6 don't exist. Explanation:- Fluorine atom is smaller in size so, six F- ions can surround a sulphur atom. So, SCI6 is not known due to interionic repulsion between larger ions. ClF7 doesn't exist because chlorine is a smaller atom, so it cannot “pack” the seven fluorine atoms around itself due to expulsion between the electron clouds of F atoms. FBr3 doesn't exist as condition of interhalogen compound XX' is possible only when X' is more electronegative and have small size than X. From B2H6 when hydrogen is replaced then it forms B2(ch3)6 ;but all hydrogen in diborane is not replaceable so compound B2(ch3)6 doesn't exist
