radius of convergence is 4
first of all this is the question of complex analysis so here we have the boundary |z| =4 where the case is doubtful
for that see this. this series is divergent on |z|=4
no using gauss test it is divergent . gauss test is more powerful than rabbe test
never use rabbe test after failure of d alembert test use only gauss test which gives faster and accurate results

sir but rabbe's test it will be convergent at 4
at z=-4 you cant use rabbe test bcoz it will be arbitrary series
