option b is correct i.e. statements P, Q and R are correct. Taq polymerase has 5'-3' exonuclease activity so statement 'Q' is correct. Taq polymerase lacks proof reading activity so it very fast, it can add 1000 bases in a minute so statement 'P' is correct Pfu has 3'-5' activity which means that it has proofreading activity which makes it slow. It can add 500 bases in a minute. Based on this statement 'R' is correct. Tli polymerase has proof reading activityactivity i. e. 3' to 5' exonuclease activity. So statement 'S' is incorrect.
