    option D Cyclo alkenes undergo electrophilic addition reactions. Reaction with H2​O/H2​SO4​ adds −OH according to Markovnikov's rule. Therefore, OH would be added to the carbon atom of alkene that had the least number of the hydrogen atom.  In reaction A the product  would be a mixture of 2−methylcyclohexanol and 3−Methylcyclohexanol  In reaction B the Hg(OAc)2​,H2​O/NaBH4​ also adds OH by Markovnikov rule.
