CH3- has more electron donating ability than NH2- Explanation- Assuming an atom has a pair of electrons to donate, the ability of a species to donate that pair should be inversely proportional to how “tightly held” it is. The key factor for determining how “tightly held” an electron pair is  bound is the familiar concept of electronegativity. Bottom line: as electronegativity increases, nucleophilicity decreases.

Ch3- has more nucleophilicity than Nh2-. Negative charge is more stable on more electronegative atom. Among NH2– and CH3– ,nucleophilicity of CH3– is more since negative charge on nitrogen atom is more stable than carbon ,so carbon will be more willing to donate electrons.
