    option C Explanation- Here electrophilic addition of HBr takes place on double bond so more electron denon double bond increase the rate of reaction. OCH3 group show +R effect, -CH3 group show +I while -NO2 show -R. in the case of -OCH3 due to +R effect electron density of double bond will be highest so k1 will be high. while in case of -NO2 due to -R it decrease the electron density on double bond hence decrease the reactivity of double bond for upcoming electrophile. so k2 will be least. overall = rate of EAR = k1>K3>K2
