    Option C is correct as the forward reaction is exothermic so by increasing temperature the reaction shift backward means concn of reactant increases. so rate constant of forward reaction decreases.... Similarly as the forward reaction is exothermic so the backward reaction must be endothermic...so again by increasing temp the reaction shift towards product side...so rate constant of backward reaction decreases.
