Continuing with the situation, if the force f 80 nis directed vertically as shown, the acceleration of the 10 kg block will be: 10 kg u 0.6 f 80 n 15 kg smooth

Continuing with the situation, if the force F 80 Nis directed vertically as shown, the acceleration of the 10 kg block will be: 10 kg u 0.6 F 80 N 15 kg Smooth (A) 2 m/s, towards right (C) 6 m/s, towards left (B) 2 m/s, towards left (D) 16/5 m/s, towards right 5. In the situation of the previous question, acceleration of the 15 kg block will be: (B) 16/5 m/s', towards right (D) 4/3 m/s', towards left (A) 4 m/s', towards right (C) 2/3 m/s, towards right

Answer 4. option A is correct From FBD of 10 kg block, F=30N, f=0.1×10×10=10N (Assuming kinetic friction coefficient =0.1) As F>f , so the 10 kg block will move with acceleration a. Thus, 10a=F−f=30−10=20⇒a=2m/s
