Exam authorities have announced to issue the CSIR NET Certificates to the qualified candidates.
CSIR NET certificates will be issued by the Examination Unit, CSIR Complex, New Delhi to the candidates having their roll numbers in Part-I of CSIR Result (JRF/LS and JRF Only) from 15th March 2019 (tentatively).
The certificates will be issued by the University Grant Commission Office, Delhi University, South Campus, Benito Jurez Marg, New Delhi, to the candidates having their roll numbers in Part-II & Part-III of the result (UGC JRF/LS and Lectureship Only).
The aspirants who have qualified under CSIR Result (JRF/LS and JRF Only) Part – I in June 2018 are required to send self-attested photocopies of the required documents at the CSIR Complex, New Delhi.

For Junior Research Fellowship, the CSIR NET Certificate will remain valid till 2 years from the date of issuing.
The certificate for lectureship is valid for lifetime.

After the declaration of result, successful candidates are required to send attested or self-attested photocopies of documents which can prove their educational eligibility. After verifying them, qualifying certificate will be issued by UGC on behalf of CSIR.
Following are the list of required documents that should be submitted to the CSIR –

CSIR NET Admit Card
As a proof of date of Birth - 10th Class Certificate
M.Sc., Integrated BS-MS, BE/B.Tech, B-Pharma, MBBS or an Equivalent Degree
Final Marksheet with the Required Percentage of Marks
CGPA/SGPA/OGPA/CPI etc. conversion formula of their respective Universities/Institutes or certificate from concerned University/Institute clearly stating the percentage of marks in the qualifying degree
Bifurcation of marks/period in case of dual degree
Caste Certificate, If Applicable.
Certificate of Physical disability (only in case of Physical Handicapped and Visually Handicapped)
OBC Aspirants are notified that they have to submit their OBC caste certificate according to the format provided in NCBC Website.
Physically/Visually handicapped achievers must submit their certificates as per the rules of Indian Government.
The certificates, which are in the languages other than Hindi and English, may be translated in Hindi or English and attested by the issuing authority of the original certificate.
Candidates have to send the above-mentioned documents to Section Officer, Certificate Section, HRD Group, CSIR Complex, Library Avenue Road, Pusa, New Delhi – 110012 by ordinary post to get the award letters.
When aspirants will send their documents, they have to super scribe on the envelope “Documents for June-2018 (CSIR JRF/LS-PART-I-RESULT) NET Exam and Roll Number.”
Candidates who have applied in the Result Awaited (RA) category (M.Sc or equivalent) should submit the required documents only after their qualification has been completed. Candidates are required to send the above mentioned documents by Ordinary Post to Section Officer, Certificate Section, HRD Group, CSIR COMPLEX, LIBRARY AVENUE Road, Pusa, New Delhi-110012.
If there is any change in the mailing address mentioned in your application form, please send the complete details of the new present address along with the documents mentioned above so that the certificate can be sent to the new address.
Candidates who wish to collect their certificates in person may do so on all working days from 10 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and from 2.30 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. Such candidates should bring self - certified copies of the above documents with them and NOT send them by post.
After sending the above-mentioned documents, you would receive a mail. If you don’t get it, then you have to follow the online procedure to get the certificate.
All the necessary information about the applicants including their personal, academic details, photograph, signature and essential documents must have been submitted at the time of CSIR NET Online Application Process.
This information will later be catered by the UGC for issuing the JRF Award Letter after the results are declared.

Step – 1 Visit the official link.
Step – 2 A window will open with a login form after you’d click on the official link.
Step – 3 Candidates have to fill all the required details accurately and press on login button.
Step – 4 CSIR NET Certificate will be appeared on the screen after clicking on the login button. Aspirants must download it and take a print out for further use.

Localites can visit the office - Certificate Section, HRD Group (CSIR), CSIR Complex, Library Avenue Road, New Delhi – 110012 or call on these numbers and get their answers.
And also, the aspirants are advised to correspond with the Head, NET Bureau, UGC, South Campus, University of Delhi, Benito Juarez Marg., New Delhi 110 021. They must have to send their Roll Number, the slot of CSIR NET in which they have appeared and CSIR Ref. No. (if they know) in their covering letter.
If candidates have not submitted their attested documents earlier, they may do so with their covering letter duly signed by them.
Duplicate NET Certificate will be provided only in the case of loss or failed to receive of the original one from the UGC. To get the duplicate copy, candidates have to follow the below procedure.
Aspirants need to submit an affidavit on a judicial stamp paper duly attested by the competent Authority issued by the UGC mentioning the complete details of the candidate such as –
Father’s and Mother’s Names
UGC NET Exam Date
Subject of the Exam
Candidate’s Address etc.
Applicants have to state in the affidavit that in the case of finding their original CSIR NET Certificate, they would not misuse it and send back it to the NET Bureau.
Along with the affidavit, candidates must also send a demand draft of INR 100/- drawn in favour of the Secretary, University Grants Commission, New Delhi payable at State Bank of India, Service Branch, (Code No. 7687), New Delhi.
Candidates need to attach an attested copy of FIR registered at Police Station. The attestation stamp of the Class-I gazetted officer must bear his/her name, designation, and official address.
Send all the above-mentioned documents at the following address:
