    yes it is aromatic but here we will assume it non aromatic in the sence of negative charge. because negative charge is not delocalised i. aromatic ring

    both B and C forms aromatic rings after removing H. in Option C there is 3 aromatic ring so it is more stable than B which has only one ring. option A is non aromatic
