    Nitrogen A...localised lone pair on nitrogen so available for protonation. In Nitrogen B there is delocalised lone pair on nitrogen..so not easily available for protonation

    Nitrogen A. because Nitrogen A has localised lp while Nitrogen B has the lp which is delocalised in aromatic ring. Due to delocalisation of lp, nitrogen B do not share it's lp
