here nucleophile is bulky so SN1 is not possible

hope this will help you πŸ™πŸ™

sir in case of sn1 rate only depend upon stability of carbocation so why in this case we consider nucleophile character of nucleophile

    eduncle-logo-app

here nucleophile is ionic and contains negative charge so nucleophilicity is high. it attack so fast that there is no time to form carbocation so here SN2 takes place

    now got it??

    eduncle-logo-app

here we know most stable cyclopropylmethyl carbocation is formed but still we consider nucleophilicity. because nucleophilicity is high in this case
