Time management is very much important in IIT JAM. The eduncle test series for IIT JAM Mathematical Statistics helped me a lot in this portion. I am very thankful to the test series I bought from eduncle.

Yes. You can always apply for research internships at any college in India. Basically any internship does not always aims at your instrumentation skills. If that particular research require any specific instrument, then prof always teaches you about how to use it. Otherwise most internships require either good computing skills or theoretical physics knowledge. It is always good to inform your prof (who ever is assigned to you for internship) about how much pre knowledge you have, and how much capacity you hold to learn more new things, so that prof can really understand you and assign you the job of your best suit. Just keep your base strong and apply for any research internships. Don't hesitate about lab skills, probably you may not even need many of them. Do ask if any further doubt.
i will mail to profeesor of the university or what ..like how to
there are few announced internships like IAS, By IMSc Chennai and many other depending upon whether you are bsc or btech. Apart from these announced internship, you can also directly mail prof, although many prof don't agree to take you as individual intern instead of those announced by university, but still you can apply because many prof take student if they like your resume or academic background. You may be accepted or not, but still you can always try sending mail. there is no harm in sending one mail. Accepting or not is upto the professor.
