[Cr(edta)]–  When  EDTA  chelates  a  metal  such  that  all  six  donor  atoms  coordinate (the  most  common,  but  not  the  only  way  that  this  ligand  attaches  to  metals)  then  the resulting  complexes  are  chiral.   The  non‐superimposable  mirror  images  impart  chiralit y in  the  system.

also [Ru(en)3]2+ doesn't have plane of symmetry. it has C3 axis

[Cr (EDTA)]–   and      [Ru (en)3]2+are octahedral and have no plane of symmetry.  Therefore these arechiral complex    [PtCl(diene)]+is square planar and has plane of symmetry. Therefore, it is achiral
