use integral formula for calculation taking dq element at distance r then integrate you will get correct option. You formula is only valid for constant charge density. hope you understand this basic concept.
could u explain more on constant charge density... and how in this case charge density is not constant?
you can see in your problem rho is varing with distance. charge density must not be function of time or distance, for constant charge density.
