    and now you will see that inside sphere is depend linearly on r and outside r it depends as 1/r^2 . and we can draw them as shown in your figure

    dear, the boxed equation is not an overall equation.. in case of finding e.f in inside the sphere u have to put R=r so that e.f =pho/3*epilson*r and in case of outside , R remains...
