please explain me the following three points of boundary condition . Also tell me how discontinuous potential means infinitely large field intensity (highlighted)

    As potential is continuous at boundary. But if the potential is not continuous and we have to take gradient of potential to find electric field. but gradient of a discontinuous function is not defined. that's why they have written if as infinite field intensity.(which just means something is not defined).

    it's so because potential is inverse prapotional to r if it is discontineous at any point it may be 0 or anything else . at r= 0 it wolud general infinite field intensity so this is not physically correct
