Here in the formula U is inversely proportional to C but in next formula it also becomes directly proportional to C . So how stored energy varies with C directly or inversely!!?????

    If you express U as a function of q and C then it will be inversely proportional to C but if you express U as a function of v and C then it will be directly proportional.Since here...

    if whatever u r saying should be thue then q and V should constant.....but it's not the case......if q varies then V also and hence C also.......so we can not define the dependecy ...
