beta negative is equivalent to electrons and beta positive is opposite in charge

Is beta positive termed 'positron' emitted from the nucleus of radioactive element?

  • Achyut ranjan gogoi

No you can't directly say that beta Rays are flow of electrons. Only Beta negative ions have same charge as electrons. So you can say beta negative Rays are due to flow of electrons

Sir,,, can we say beta rays are the flow of? negatively charged electron particle?

A beta particle has the same mass and charge as an electron. It is emitted from the nucleus of an atom during radioactive decay.
