    meaning of this part is that..... when we change x into -x , y into -y and so on that will not chnz the integral because here sqaure if the integral is taken care. also our x^2+y^2+z^2 should be less then one because if it is not so then our integral will become imaginary. and that's not the situation demands.

    dear just simply put x/a = u , y/b = v and z/c = w. and convert integral in a simple form then u will be able to solve it.
