    Shraddha you don't need to find out configuration of each chiral Carbon to find out relationship b/w molecule but need a smart way to find out. just check the molecule in 3D if one rotation they are same then simply they are identical otherwise may be enantiomer or diastereoisomers.

    if two molecules are meso them they will be always identical

    if both the molecules have all the chiralcarbons with different symmetry then enentiomers

    if at least one chiral carbon have same configuration and another carbons have different configuration then there are diastereoisomers

    B is correct...as these are mirror images and they are not superimposable
