    check the alpha H on alkyl C which is directly attached to ring

    in option A it is -CH3 so 3 apha H while in Option B -CH2CH3 so alpha H 2 and alpha H in option C, D are 1,0 respectively

    Explanation - in Q4 option D doesn't have any alpha H so doesn't have hyperconjugation so least stabl carbocation
