Explain this graph.

    This graph is simply showing the flow of liquid and how it changes when we move from bottom layer of liquid to the top layer of liquid.... here as you can see that the layer which is just attached to the bed has lowest velocity because it is in contact with the surface and as we go upward velocity of layers increases and the top most layer has maximum velocity..... Now according to formula of reynold number, reynold number is proportional to the velocity of fluid. So here as the velocity of layers increases when we move from bottom to the top so accordingly reynolds number increases from bottom to top and flow become laminar to turbulent.
