bond order= 1+ (total pi bonds/ total sigma bonds) here pi bonds = 2 and sigma bonds = 4 so 1 + 2/4 = 1.5

resonating structure vale method se solve kr do mane usi se Kiya but didn't got the answer

waise main check krne me problem aayegi...two negative charge bhi hai ..so simply in case ke liye 1 sigma bond to common hai or 2 pi bond 4 oxygen atom me rotate kr rha hai so 1+0.5=1.5
