Friends please explain this answer and also explain the questions that are attached with it?

    yes, that is impulse...But Impulse is equal to torque× time interval...then per unit time interval ,that is equal to change in angular Momentum...Check the attached picture.

    In the 7 th Question, it's asking to obtain the velocity .Now I have applied simple time dilation and length contraction formula .But before that I have written a formula (that in general Formula we write in Physics) that V=L/t...I have taken this concept because from that I will get proper length and time...Then in the formula of time dilation and length contraction, I have used them... Because proper length Value is given...so from that equation I have obtained Velocity...
