After closing the GATE 2022 process, the conducting authority will start the application process for 2023 soon. Candidates who have completed their BTech or are in the final year of their engineering course can apply for this exam once the process starts.
You must know that GATE 2023 Application Form can only be filled out through GOAPS Website (GATE Online Application Processing System). For this, IIT Kanpur will release the application form link, so you can directly jump to the GOAPS portal when you click on it.
What's new in GATE 2023 Exam

This time IIT Kanpur has increased the GATE 2023 application fee.
The total number of GATE 2023 Exam cities is 219.
GATE exam will be conducted in two shifts – shift 1 and shift 2.
The timing of 2023 shift 1 exam is from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM and shift 2 from 2:30 to 5:30 PM. Previously, the exam timing was 9 AM to 12 PM and 2 PM to 5 PM.
The officials have made some changes in GATE Exam pattern for the subjects of Geology and Geophysics (GG), Humanities and social science (XH), & Life sciences (XL).
IIT Kanpur has released the updated syllabus for GATE 2023 as the XL, XH & XE syllabus has been combined.

Step 2 - Click on the GATE 2023 Registration link.
Step 3 - Register yourself by entering your personal details.
Step 4 - After listing successfully, you will get the unique registration ID and Password.
Step 5 - Now, login to the GOAPS website and enter your educational, exam centre & personal details.
Step 6 - Upload your photograph and Signature in the prescribed format.
Step 7 - At last, submit the application fee and take a printout for further use.
